Throughout the tour, visitors will be able to descend into the medieval cellar to hear the voices of the peasants who once worked the land, step into the factory to understand the lives of the workers who shaped the rhythm of the Marxalenes neighborhood, and go down into the air-raid shelter to share the fear and resilience of those who lived through the Spanish Civil War.
A new guided visit focused on the people who lived, worked, and transformed this space, offering insight into how ways of life in Valencia have evolved over the centuries — all from a single location, this unique and emblematic site.
The experience culminates in a visit to the secret garden. At the end of the tour, visitors will discover Cristina Iglesias’s installation, which collects and transforms these memories, turning Bombas Gens into a space where Valencia’s history remains alive in dialogue with art and community.
