It is recommended you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled visiting time to speed up the process.
You have access to your session up to 10 minutes before the start of the next session.

If you are not sure of the exact time, we recommend buying a gift voucher, and changing it at any time, subject to availability.
If you buy a regular ticket for a closed session, no change are possible according to the purchase policy.
There is an entry time. There is no exit time. The ticket is valid for the whole day on the site, but it is not possible to enter, leave and re-enter the site.
Due to our purchase policy, NO refunds or changes are possible.
You must show both printed tickets and the digital tickets, provided the barcode is displayed correctly.
Please, check your spam or junk mail. If the confirmation email is not there, confirm the payment bank is done. If so, in order to confirm your ticket and authorise the access, you should provide your name and email address at the box office on the day of your visit. However, if you prefer to receive it before, please contact at info@bombasgens.com and you will receive the ticket in PDF format by email.

You can take photos in all the exhibition areas, always without flash on.
